How it works
Three steps, no runaround
Tell us what you need
The trade, how many workers, the site location and your start date. A quick email or the form below is enough.
We send vetted profiles
You get short profiles of workers who fit the brief, with their CSCS card type, relevant experience and availability. You choose who you want.
Workers on site
Your chosen workers turn up with their own PPE, ready to work. Many can start the same week. We stay in touch while they're with you.
Why TradeCover
Straightforward labour supply
Plenty of agencies promise the earth and send whoever is free. We would rather tell you honestly what we can do, and then do it.
Proper vetting
Every worker is reference-checked and holds a valid CSCS card before we put them forward. No exceptions.
Speed
Many of our workers can start the same week. We'll give you a realistic start date, not a hopeful one.
Compliance
Right-to-work checks are carried out on every worker, and records are kept. Workers arrive with their own PPE.
One point of contact
You deal with Daniel directly: bookings, changes, questions and invoices. No call centre, no being passed around.
Clear rates agreed in writing before anyone starts. If a worker isn't right for your site, tell us and we'll sort it.
